We offer a Self Pay/Cash fee schedule for individuals who prefer to pay self pay/cash in full at the time of service.

These rates are discounted compared to our insurance billing rates. The Self Pay/Cash fee schedule rates are possible because advanced payment in full eliminates 1) The expense and delay associated with insurance claim processing, and 2) The risk of nonpayment/underpayment for services provided. The Self Pay/Cash fee schedule is NOT APPLICABLE to patients treated through insurance or on a lien.

Northwest Orthopaedic Surgery will NOT submit a claim to your insurance carrier. Any payment collected might NOT apply to you deductible, coinsurance, or copay. You may submit a reimbursement request to your insurance carrier.
